Manchester United are using the Ineos link for one loan already this season, and now a second move looks likely.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last summer, Manchester United confirmed the arrival of Enzo Kana-Biyik<\/a> from Le Havre on a free after his contract expired.<\/p>\n

The 18-year-old was seen as one for the future, and United immediately sent Kana-Biyik on loan<\/a>, but it wasn\u2019t just any loan.<\/p>\n

It saw Ineos using the multi-club model for the first time since becoming the sporting leaders of United, with Kana-Biyik<\/a> sent to FC Lausanne.<\/p>\n

This loan has been valuable, with Kana-Biyik catching the eye in the Conference League<\/a> against Fiorentina, showing there is definitely a player there.<\/p>\n

Now, he could be joined by another of Ineos\u2019 signings.<\/p>\n

Sekou Kone is already at Lausanne and has made his debut<\/p>\n

Joining Kana-Biyik is Sekou Kone<\/a>, with the 19-year-old finally getting the loan he needed last summer after a difficult season so far, which saw a serious orbital injury.<\/p>\n

It has long been reported that Lausanne were working to sign Kone<\/a> on loan, and now he\u2019s in Switzerland on something of a trial run.<\/p>\n

According to journalist Rich Fay<\/a>, Kone has been training with Lausanne, and on Thursday, he featured in a friendly game for the Swiss side.<\/p>\n

There remains no decision over a loan, with United making it clear that this isn\u2019t a trial, but the Malian midfielder is spending time there for both teams to gauge whether the loan suits all parties.<\/p>\n

The official Lausanne website<\/a> even mentioned Kone\u2019s contribution in a match report, with a 60th-minute moment seeing him create a big chance.<\/p>\n

Kone needed a loan<\/a>, so it is encouraging to see the club getting this sorted in an environment where United can monitor his progress.<\/p>\n

Sekou Kone could thrive at Lausanne on loan<\/p>\n

While yet to make a competitive appearance for United\u2019s first team, there is a general acknowledgement that he is one of the best in the academy right now.<\/p>\n

Kone proved his class on the postseason tour<\/a>, and if he hadn\u2019t been out for months this season, he might have been getting the minutes Jack Fletcher got under Ruben Amorim.<\/p>\n

So we fully expect Kone to earn the move to Lausanne and get plenty of game time at a decent level, while he also stands to play in the Conference League should the move be completed.<\/p>\n

This is a loan that could see Kone improve a lot in a short space of time and maybe even emerge as a viable option for whoever is head coach next summer.<\/p>\n

An additional positive is that Kone will have a friendly face in Kana-Biyik.<\/p>\n
