The BBC today launches tickets for\u202fUNBOXD Live, an\u202fimmersive event in Birmingham to give young audiences a backstage pass like never before.<\/p>\n
Designed for\u202f16\u202fto\u202f24-year-olds\u202fand\u202fcontent\u202fcreators, UNBOXD Live throws open the doors to the BBC, inviting young audiences to step inside the shows,\u202fstories\u202fand creative worlds they love.<\/p>\n
Audiences can face a Mission from series four of The Traitors, step onto the set of their own EastEnders scene, or tear through a Race Across the World speed\u202fpacking challenge during\u202fthe event on 5 February in Birmingham.<\/p>\n
Hosted at\u202fthe\u202fSecret Space in Digbeth,\u202fthe industrial warehouse will be transformed into a\u202fcreative arena packed with interactive zones, live\u202fmoments\u202fand behind-the-scenes access to some of the BBC\u2019s biggest titles.<\/p>\n
From the moment guests step through the storytelling entrance tunnel,\u202fthey\u2019ll\u202fbe plunged into a world built for discovery,\u202fcreativity\u202fand shareable experiences.<\/p>\n
Young people will come together to explore the findings of UNBOXD research, share their voices, explore the BBC\u2019s world-class content and celebrate their role in shaping the BBC\u2019s future.<\/p>\n
Visitors can dive into the worlds of their favourite content in different immersive content pods including:<\/p>\n
There will be live sets from Birmingham-based DJs from BBC youth networks, panel chats and creator-focused sessions\u202f\u2013 all designed to spark curiosity,\u202fbuild\u202fskills\u202fand inspire the next generation of storytellers.\u202f The BBC Early Careers Team will be offering advice on careers, CV building and apprenticeships.<\/p>\n
Every pod is engineered for participation,\u202fcreativity\u202fand social sharing, giving guests the tools and space to capture standout content. The event also provides a platform to unveil the\u202fUNBOXD Report,\u202frevealing the BBC\u2019s research into youth culture,\u202fcreativity\u202fand media\u202fhabits, and their plans for the future.<\/p>\n
Tim Davie, BBC Director-General, says: “UNBOXD Live is an immersive playground, bringing our favourite BBC content and shows to life, and putting younger audiences right at the heart of them.<\/p>\n
