Experts from environmental consultancy Plan for Ecology have joined the group, the latest addition to RSK\u2019s ever-expanding portfolio, as it targets \u00a35\u202fbillion in revenue by 2030.<\/p>\n

RSK chief executive, Alan Ryder<\/strong>, said: \u201cBy integrating Plan for Ecology\u2019s strong local knowledge and technical expertise, RSK is further enhancing its ability to support clients with regionally focused ecological solutions, backed by the depth of expertise available across the wider RSK Group.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the last five years, Ryder has presided over the record growth and expansion of his business, from generating an annual revenue of \u00a3275 million in 2020 to more than \u00a32.2 billion today, up 21 per cent on the previous year, with a CAGR of 52 per cent during the last period.<\/p>\n

He and his senior team have also executed dozens of mergers and acquisitions\u00a0<\/a>(M&A) during recent years, targeting specialised businesses all over the world, to serve RSK\u2019s core market clients and customers in water, energy, infrastructure<\/a> and the built and natural environment \u2013 a strategy he said will continue into the future.<\/p>\n

During the last year alone, RSK<\/a> completed a dozen new acquisitions, strengthening its position in the UK, Australia, and Africa.<\/p>\n

It is understood the group now comprises more than 200 companies and employs well over 17,000 people around the world, as it strives to achieve \u00a35\u202fbillion in turnover by the end of the decade.<\/p>\n
