Here\u2019s a roundup of some the main events taking place over the coming week in South Leeds.<\/p>\n
We start this week in Beeston where Leeds Dads<\/strong><\/a> will be holding another free Soft Play<\/strong> session, 10am-12pm on Saturday morning at Little Angels behind the Tommy Wass pub, LS11 7HL. This for dads and pre-school children and there\u2019s free tea and toast! Book: leedsdads.org\/events<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Trinity Network<\/strong><\/a> host their Community Reflections Caf\u00e9 on Saturday 10am-12pm at the United reformed Church, Nesfield Avenue, Belle Isle, LS10 3LG<\/p>\n Also on Saturday Leeds Knights<\/strong><\/a> take on the Peterborough Phantoms in the NIHL National Division. The ice hockey match faces off at 6:30pm at Planet Ice on Elland Road.<\/p>\n St Luke\u2019s Church<\/strong><\/a> are providing their free family breakfast on Sunday from 9:30-10am. Choose cerial or cooked breakfast with a vegetarian option. You\u2019re also welcome to stay for the church service at 10:30am.<\/p>\n The South Leeds Community Kitchen<\/strong><\/a> will be cooking up a free meal on Sunday, 4-5:45pm, at St Mary\u2019s Church, Town Street, Beeston (opposite Nisa).<\/p>\n There are a host of Police Contact Points this week. This is a chance to raise concerns or ask questions of the Leeds South Neighbourhood Policing Team<\/strong><\/a> in an informal setting. On Tuesday they will be at Hunslet Community Hub & Library from 10am-12pm. On Wednesday they are at Dewsbury Road Community Hub & Library, 10am-12pm and at Ingram Gardens Community Centre from 10am-12pm. Then on Thursday they will be at Beeston Community Hub & Library on Town Street, 10am-12pm.<\/p>\n Hunslet Tenants and Residents Association<\/strong><\/a> meet on Wednesday from 4-6pm for their Annual General Meeting at Hunslet Community Hub & Library, Waterloo Road, Hunslet, LS10 2NS.<\/p>\n The SEN-Tastic<\/strong> group meets on Thursday. It\u2019s open to anyone who cares for children with special needs, parents, siblings, carers, childminders and grandparents and offers coffee, friendship, advice and support. The group runs from 9:15-10:30am at St Luke\u2019s Church<\/strong><\/a>, Malvern Road, Beeston, LS11 8PD.<\/p>\n Leeds Baby Bank<\/strong><\/a> will be at Dewsbury Road Community Hub & Library on Thursday 10am-12pm offering support to people to access support services, community activity and longer-term support.
