I used to have to inscribe shamrocks into the domed foam in a branch of O\u2019Neill\u2019s, much to my chagrin, and seeing people\u2019s faces etched into their pints at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.standard.co.uk\/topic\/covent-garden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Covent Garden<\/a>\u2019s newly opened  Guinness Open Gate Brewery brought flashbacks. A tour of this new \u00a373m microbrewery is not for me, nor is the much-publicised immersive, \u201cinteractive\u201d experience. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"I do not, under any circumstances, want my face printed on a Guinness.
