Freddy Douglas \u2013 once again starting at openside \u2013 picked up his second consecutive Player of the Match award, with a stellar performance that saw the back-row win five turnovers.<\/p>\n
The visitors wasted no time asserting dominance. Just sixty seconds into the match, Gloucester pounced on a turnover at the halfway line, spreading the ball wide to exploit their pace on the flanks for an early opening score.<\/p>\n
While Edinburgh showed plenty of attacking intent, they were frequently let down by unforced errors.
