Chelsea\u2019s transfer window is expected to be a quiet one, but Trevoh Chalobah may have just added fuel to the fire with Antonio Rudiger. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Trevoh Chalobah has been the unsung hero<\/a> for Chelsea so far this season. He may not be the biggest of names, but he rose above most of those in the Blues squad to establish himself under Enzo Maresca.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a big learning curve for the Chelsea<\/a> defender, but he\u2019s easily one of the best central defenders in the Premier League and will likely continue his rise under Liam Rosenior. <\/p>\n

One of the former Chelsea players who has helped Chalobah is Thiago Silva<\/a>. His reading of the game and anticipation are the two areas he attributes to the Brazilian.<\/p>\n

However, there\u2019s one other former player whom Chalobah is still in contact with, and that\u2019s Antonio Rudiger<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Trevoh Chalobah admits he\u2019s still in touch with Antonio Rudiger<\/p>\n

Antonio Rudiger was a huge part of some of the most successful years at Chelsea.<\/p>\n

During his time at Stamford Bridge, he scooped up a Champions League, Europa League, FIFA Club World Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and an FA Cup trophy. <\/p>\n

And it seems his connection to Chelsea hasn\u2019t gone away, as Trevoh Chalobah<\/a> still talks to the defender. <\/p>\n

Speaking to Chelsea<\/a> about the FA Cup final, he had this to say. <\/p>\n

\u201cBecause I had been training with the first-team during the second half of the season, it wasn\u2019t so daunting \u2013 I felt ready,\u2019 he smiles, reflecting on a final settled by Eden Hazard\u2019s spot-kick.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a great moment. It was my first senior medal and trophy, and it was such a great experience to share it with the likes of Toni Rudiger and Eden Hazard.<\/p>\n

\u201cRudiger was great with me that season in particular. He helped me a lot, and I still talk to him to this day. He\u2019s been an important part of my journey. The likes of Eden Hazard and Olivier Giroud all helped as well.\u201d<\/p>\n

The recent talk of a return to Chelsea for Antonio Rudiger<\/a> came from the mouth of former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour. <\/p>\n

\u201cTake him, he knows Chelsea, I\u2019d take him straight back. You\u2019d definitely take Rudiger back, every Chelsea fan would have him back.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rudiger is now 32 years of age, so he certainly has some good years left in him if Thiago Silva was anything to go by, but it remains to be seen if he would entertain a return.<\/p>\n

Although the fact that he\u2019s already talking to Chalobah does offer hope that he would potentially reunite with some of his former teammates. <\/p>\n

But we have to remember he\u2019s on super high wages at Real Madrid.<\/p>\n
