The owners sent and email to customers stating that Bangkok Diners Club \u201csadly won\u2019t be returning to <a href=\"https:\/\/secretmanchester.com\/top-50-gastropubs\/\" rel=\"follow noopener\" target=\"_self\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/secretmanchester.com\/top-50-gastropubs\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_1\" data-category=\"click_internal\">Edinburgh Castle<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>The email sent to customers by Bangkok Diners Club reads: \u201cWe have just noticed that the system has allowed you to make a reservation during a time that we are closed. We apologise that this has happened.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBen and Bo are cooking at Exhibition during 2026 and Bangkok Diners Club sadly won\u2019t be returning to Edinburgh Castle. Sitting on the first floor of the characterful Edinburgh Castle inn, it\u2019s a lively, deservedly popular place with a cool rustic-meets-retro vibe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDespite the name, the cooking takes inspiration from all over Thailand, including several dishes from the northeastern Isan region, such as raw bass with calamansi nam jim or a classic papaya salad.
