What was the issue? Unclear. We reached out to Meta for clarification and have yet to receive a response. All we know is that an \u201cexternal party\u201d triggered the emails, and Instagram says you can safely ignore them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">The company <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/instagram\/status\/2010202301886238822\">posted on X<\/a> that the issue had been fixed and also claimed there was no breach of its systems.
