A report has been submitted to the \u00adprocurator fiscal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">A source said: \u201cThe officer involved is a <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.glasgowlive.co.uk\/news\/glasgow-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"GlasgowLink opens in a new tab.\" rel=\"follow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Glasgow<\/a>-based detective and has been charged with attempted fraud over allegations relating to her divorce and bank statements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">\u201cIt is amazing she has not even been suspended.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Officers charged with crimes are often allowed to remain in post on full pay pending the outcome of their case.
