Vastint UK has appointed Penny Cameron from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) as the firm\u2019s new managing director.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Cameron, who has more than 30 years\u2019 experience in delivering high-profile, mixed-use regeneration and residential schemes, joins Vastint UK after almost three years as head of development at URW, where she was responsible for the company\u2019s mixed-use UK development pipeline.<\/p>\n
In hew new role, she will lead the company\u2019s nationwide development strategy across regeneration projects including Sugar House Island in East London, Aire Park in Leeds and Embankment in Cardiff.<\/p>\n
She succeeds Stephen Lindley, who is departing the business after a decade as finance director and three years as managing director.<\/p>\n
