<\/p>\nIt was bad enough that during his election bid, Starmer sold us a promise that he would not drag us back into the EU.<\/p>\n
But since he was elected, he has literally busted a gut to do exactly that. <\/p>\n
This joker calls it a Brexit reset when the reality is it\u2019s him crawling on his belly to the EU\u2019s unelected bosses begging for Britain to be let back into the bloc in whatever punishing form that might take. <\/p>\n
But now, worse than that, the EU is demanding that Starmer signs what\u2019s been called a \u201cFarage clause\u201c, which means if Farage is elected PM, he\u2019ll have to pay the EU (well, the British people will) vast amounts in compensation if he tears up Labour\u2019s Brexit reset. <\/p>\n
How can Starmer think he can get away with this? It is not his place to say what any future Parliament must do.<\/p>\n
And thank God Farage has already stuck up the proverbial two fingers up at him and said under no circumstances will he honour this clause or pay compensation – something the EU needs to hear loud and clear so they can\u2019t scream about it later when Farage refuses to pay up. <\/p>\n
\u201cNo Parliament may bind its successor,\u201d raged Farage. \u201cIf Starmer signs this clause, it\u2019s a democratic outrage.\u201d <\/p>\n
And he\u2019s right. What Starmer has done re trying to crawl back into the arms of the EU is everything the British people voted against. Yet, if anyone dares to object to what he\u2019s doing, his response is always that it\u2019s in the national interest, when in fact it\u2019s the polar opposite. <\/p>\n
This reset will be a total disaster for the UK because it will take us back to the bad old days when the UK was forced to follow laws in which we have had no say and over which we have no control. <\/p>\n

And anyone who has any doubts that leaving the EU was the right thing just has to look at the way Brussels is behaving right now \u2013 demanding Starmer sign this clause that will force our next PM into paying them compo if he\/she tears up this bonkers agreement. <\/p>\n
It reeks of arrogance, the kind of arrogance we had to endure every day when we were under the cosh of the EU. <\/p>\n
This haughty, high-handed attitude to Britain shows nothing has changed. The EU has always wanted to be in sole control of all its members, which is precisely why the people of this country voted to leave the failing bloc <\/p>\n
And it is failing. EU productivity has grown a piddling 0.7 per cent since 2015, and the economy is stagnant. Why the hell do we want to be part of that again? <\/p>\n
Starmer says that hanging on to the EU\u2019s coattails is all about making trade easier for us. Is it hell! The EU doesn\u2019t give a stuff about trade for its own sake. It just cares about having ultimate power and control, and it wants to impose any rule it feels like without interference. <\/p>\n
But it\u2019s no surprise to most of us that Starmer has turned out to be a Brexit snake in the grass. From the minute he took office, he\u2019s been hell bent on shoehorning us back into the EU, proving without doubt that he has no time for democracy or the will of the British people. <\/p>\n
Remember what he said when he was begging to be elected: \u201cThere will be no going back to the EU in my lifetime. There is no case for a return.\u201d<\/p>\n
And that wasn\u2019t all. He also said: \u201cWe are not going back into the EU, the single market, the Customs Union or having freedom of movement.\u201d <\/p>\n
It was all lies because legislation in the coming weeks will introduce what he calls \u201cdynamic alignment\u201d, meaning UK laws will automatically be updated in line with new EU regulations. That will initially apply to food, farming and the electricity market and will then extend to other areas. <\/p>\n
And the Government has already confirmed that Britain will rejoin the Erasmus youth mobility scheme, which will allow thousands of young people to come here to work or study. <\/p>\n
It was a scheme that, in the past, operated vastly in favour of the EU and against the UK because the numbers coming here hugely outnumbered those going the other way. So yes, we will soon have the freedom of movement again, something Starmer said was never going to happen. <\/p>\n
So, make no mistake, what Starmer calls a Brexit reset is actually the unpicking of Brexit, and it means that in the future we will have to obey EU laws and allow freedom of movement, which is precisely what the British people voted against. <\/p>\n
Brexit was about getting back control of our borders, our laws and our money, but before he\u2019s finished at No 10, Starmer will have given away everything we fought so hard to win. <\/p>\n
What the hell is the point in leaving the EU if this reset means we now have to follow EU laws? <\/p>\n
This Prime Minister, more than any other in recent history, spits on democracy. <\/p>\n
He doesn\u2019t just despise the British people. It\u2019s worse than that \u2013 he thinks we\u2019re too stupid to know what\u2019s best for us. <\/p>\n
Even now, he doesn\u2019t see that as a bloc, the EU is doomed, he\u2019s just desperate to drag us back into it, making us servants \u2013 yet again \u2013 of what Brussels wants. <\/p>\n
