Speaking on Instagram, the Dragons\u2019 Den star said: \u2018I started <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a706202\/strength-training-for-beginners\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a706202\/strength-training-for-beginners\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"strength training\" data-node-id=\"1.5\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">strength training<\/a> about a year ago, and I\u2019ve really got into it and can see a huge benefit in not only my strength but overall wellbeing.\u2019 <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"4\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">She regularly shares workouts on her Instagram channel, and \u2013 at the time of writing \u2013 her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DP6wQNkDMjb\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DP6wQNkDMjb\/?hl=en\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"10-minute upper-body session\" data-node-id=\"4.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">10-minute upper-body session<\/a> now has 14.1k likes and 309 comments, with hundreds of women thanking Davies for posting the session. \u2018Hate my flabby arms\u2026 here\u2019s what I\u2019ve been told to do to help them,\u2019 Davies captioned the post. \u2018I hate my arms\u2026 don\u2019t we all? Make sure you\u2019re doing this when you\u2019re warmed up \u2013 don\u2019t be doing it cold, otherwise you\u2019ll know about it the next day and it won\u2019t do as much good. You also need to do all of your movements slow and controlled \u2013 and if it feels too easy then you need a heavier weight.\u2019 Here\u2019s exactly how to do it. <\/p>\n<p>Sara Davies\u2019 10-minute upper-body workout <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"8\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\"><strong data-node-id=\"8.0\">How to do it:<\/strong> Perform 10-12 reps of each exercise, with 30 seconds rest between exercises.
