North East based event agency BeaconHouse Events<\/a> is partnering with Visit Belfast<\/a> to extend its reach into Northern Ireland, recognising the city\u2019s emergence as one of the UK and Ireland\u2019s most exciting and sustainable event destinations.<\/p>\n

The partnership recognises Belfast\u2019s growing potential for sustainable, world-class events and potential as a vibrant, forward-thinking event city.<\/p>\n

Cat Duhaut, co-founder and director of BeaconHouse Events said: \u201cBelfast is my home city and it has everything you could want from an event destination. It\u2019s incredibly amenable as an event city, with world-class venues like the ICC, award-winning sustainability initiatives, and a genuinely collaborative local network which mirrors the community we see in the North East. There\u2019s a lot of creative energy here and we\u2019re excited to be part of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Judith Abraham, head of business events at Visit Belfast, added: \u201cThis collaboration strengthens our shared ambition to deliver impactful events that attract global audiences, drive economic growth, and showcase the city\u2019s unique blend of innovation, culture and warm hospitality.\u201d<\/p>\n

The partnership follows a year which has seen BeaconHouse Events\u2019 dedication to sustainability continuing to be a key driver of the business\u2019 success, propelled by major client wins, numerous awards for sustainable event delivery and approach and a commitment to a five year ESG strategy.<\/p>\n

Belfast\u2019s commitment to sustainability and responsible event practice aligns closely with BeaconHouse\u2019s focus on delivering high-quality events that minimise environmental impact and support local communities. The city\u2019s ongoing recognition, including the ICC Belfast and Visit Belfast\u2019s numerous global sustainability awards, cements its position as a leader in delivering events with purpose.<\/p>\n

While BeaconHouse is already delivering events in Belfast, this partnership will allow the team to strengthen local ties with suppliers, venues, regional partners and universities to support sustainable supply chain engagement and showcase the city\u2019s appeal to the corporate and international association markets.<\/p>\n
