The policy measures affecting the profitability of land, rather than the sheer number of homes, is crucial for understanding the current crises of homelessness and housing affordability in London.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hybrid event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speaker Information<\/strong><br \/>Nick Bano is a London barrister specialising in housing rights. His practice involves representing homeless people and residential occupiers in social and private rentals, and bringing challenges against public authorities\u2019 housing policies.
