A second man has been arrested by police investigating threats to councillors in Newry, Mourne and Down. <\/p>\n
A 36-year-old man was arrested after searches in the Newry area on Tuesday, along with a 46-year-old man. Both were arrested under the Terrorism Act after a video circulated online last month showing a group of masked and armed men who described councillors as \u201clegitimate targets\u201d<\/a>. <\/p>\n Both men remain in police custody. <\/p>\n Detective Chief Inspector Bradley said: \u201cThe man, aged 36, was arrested under the Terrorism Act.
