Ralph Singco was a passenger in the car involved in a horror smash near Nutts Corner on Sunday afternoon. The crash took the life of his wife, Filipina health worker Cathrene Kith Qui\u00f1ones Singco, also in her thirties and who was pregnant. She was a backseat passenger in one of the vehicles involved. <\/p>\n

The pair had just celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary. <\/p>\n

Mr Singco died from his injuries, while six other people sustained minor injuries in the collision involving a blue Ford Fiesta and a silver Skoda Superb collided on the Moira Road at around 2pm on Sunday. <\/p>\n

Detective Inspector Stewart, from the Collision Investigation Unit, said: \u201cWe are investigating what happened and require the public\u2019s assistance with our enquiries. Anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have any dash-cam footage of the road at the time which could assist with our investigation, please contact us in the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 735 11\/01\/26.\u201d<\/p>\n

Social media tributes have been paid around the world to the tragic couple. “Kith, I can\u2019t believe you\u2019re gone with your husband and the baby in your tummy,\u201d said one. \u201cI will miss your smile.\u201d<\/p>\n

“Thinking of both your families,\u201d said another. <\/p>\n

The Singcos had recently shared a video on social media to celebrate New Year\u2019s Day \u2013 consisting of their 2025 highlights and including clips of them cuddling under the Eiffel Tower in Paris, cycling in Majorca and going for their first baby scan.<\/p>\n

Hours before the crash took place, Mrs Singco re-shared a one year old post on Facebook of the married couple dancing in the snow at 3,454m during a previous trip to Jungfraujoch railway station in Switzerland \u2013 known as the \u2018Top of Europe\u2019<\/p>\n

The original post marked five years of marriage on January 10, 2025 and said \u201ccheers to 50 years of love as husband and wife\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love you dodong Ralph,\u201d Mrs Singco wrote alongside a heart emoji.<\/p>\n

The share this week included an update on their family life together as they marked their sixth anniversary.<\/p>\n
