{"id":694347,"date":"2026-01-14T01:34:17","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T01:34:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/694347\/"},"modified":"2026-01-14T01:34:17","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T01:34:17","slug":"arrests-after-heckmondwike-and-batley-cannabis-farm-busts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/694347\/","title":{"rendered":"Arrests after Heckmondwike and Batley cannabis farm busts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  The force executed four warrants in Heckmondwike and Batley.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  They have now arrested four people for a number of different offences.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>This cannabis farm was busted by police from the Batley and Spen NPT (Image: West Yorkshire Police)\n<\/p>\n<p>  What have the people been arrested on suspicion on?<\/p>\n<p>\n  A spokesperson for the Batley and Spen NPT said: \u201cOver the past week, our officers have executed four warrants under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act in Batley and Heckmondwike.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The force added that the arrests were on suspicion of possession with intent to supply, money laundering and possession of offensive weapons.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  A &#8220;large quantity of Class A, B, and C drugs&#8221; were recovered.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The spokesperson added: \u201cWe remain committed to tackling drug-related crime and keeping our communities safe.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The force executed four warrants in Heckmondwike and Batley.
