BlueCo have come under criticism since rolling out their model at Chelsea, with it causing more controversy than good. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Liam Rosenior has stated that he has no issues with BlueCo<\/a> and his experiences with certain Chelsea<\/a> board members, but then again, he\u2019s not exactly going to say anything negative.<\/p>\n

The connection with Strasbourg has provided some good opportunities for players like Mike Penders to go out and prove themselves. <\/p>\n

But it\u2019s being used more like a business model. It feels as if the French club are just being used to try and farm players to potentially play for Chelsea in the future, making the owners more money in transfer fees.<\/p>\n

Emanuel Emegha is supposed to be joining Chelsea<\/a> this summer after impressing at Strasbourg, as well as Mamadou Sarr.<\/p>\n

John Obi Mikel believes Moises Caicedo could leave Chelsea<\/p>\n

For the Chelsea players, it must be very unsettling to see all these funky models and managerial changes that continue to drive debate at Stamford Bridge. <\/p>\n

Rosenior is the sixth manager in the BlueCo era if you count Frank Lampard as a caretaker, which just shows no signs of any stability to allow the club to flourish. <\/p>\n

John Obi Mikel (as per The Mirror<\/a>) thinks this could even drive big-name players like Moises Caicedo<\/a> and Enzo Fernandez out of the club if things persist. <\/p>\n

\u201cPlayers want to win trophies. You have the likes of Enzo Fernandez, he\u2019s a World Cup winner. Caicedo also is a top player now.<\/p>\n

\u201cThose players will be looking and thinking: \u2018I don\u2019t want to wait another five years before I can win the Premier League or the Champions League.<\/p>\n

\u201cI hope that doesn\u2019t start putting something in their head, thinking now they want to move on and go to another club, because if you keep chopping and changing, there is no stability with a manager. That affects the players.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey start thinking: \u2018You know what? I can\u2019t be doing this every season because I don\u2019t know who\u2019s gonna be the manager next season.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s the question that these players are gonna be putting in their head, so\u2026 I just hope that the owners will do what\u2019s right for the football club.\u201d<\/p>\n
