Locals report a &#8216;chemical explosion&#8217; and say that some houses have been evacuated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Images from the scene show a heavy emergency service presence with specialist Scottish Fire and Rescue units deployed.
