Two people were killed. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">One video\u2019s timestamp indicates the collapse happened at 09:11 local time (02:11 GMT). The clip captures the moment of collapse and a lorry coming to a halt.
