\u2022 Plan and oversee delivery of woodland creation, management, wildlife enhancement, and tree nursery programmes.
\u2022 Manage contractors from tendering to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and safety standards.
\u2022 Provide technical input for woodland planning and use GIS for mapping and surveys.
\u2022 Lead the Tree Nursery team, ensuring compliance and efficient stock distribution.
\u2022 Champion health and safety across all operations, aligning with FISA guidance.\n<\/p>\n
\u2022 Degree or diploma in Forestry Management, Woodland Ecology, or a related subject. (or equivalent)
\u2022 Proven experience in practical forestry and woodland creation.
\u2022 Strong knowledge of UK Forestry Standard and native woodland management.
\u2022 Contract and health & safety management experience.
\u2022 GIS competence and professional membership of ICF (or willingness to achieve).\n<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience in tree nursery operations.\n<\/p>\n
