A mother has been ordered to pay back more than \u00a3112,000 after she was convicted for her role in a drug gang led by her sons which netted her almost \u00a3200,000. Jacqueline Davies and Byron Davies helped their two sons, Thomas and Jack, launder money through the sale of cocaine and the family were handed a combined total of more than 70 years’ imprisonment along with other people in the gang.<\/a><\/p>\n In July 2024 Jacqueline Davies from Trealaw, Tonypandy, was given a two-year prison sentence. Her sons were arrested in February 2021 and her involvement in their drug-dealing operation was subsequently revealed.<\/p>\n She was comvicted of being concerned in the supply of cocaine and being concerned in an arrangement to facilitate acquisition or control of criminal property.
