A van has overturned on a busy road in Cardiff. The incident has taken place on Cowbridge Road east, with the vehicle coming to a rest on the pavement near to the entrance of the NHS<\/a> Digital Health and Care Wales building.<\/p>\n The van is emblazoned with Enterprise branding, which is a rent-a-car company. South Wales Fire and Rescue Service is currently at the scene.<\/p>\n A spokesman for the fire service told WalesOnline that a fire crew from arrived Cardiff<\/a> Central arrived at the scene at 9.14am.
