A major restaurant chain has closed two branches in Yorkshire.<\/p>\n
The team from TGI Fridays have shut restaurants in Sheffield<\/a> and Doncaster<\/a>. In recent days, we\u2019ve seen 16 branches of the American-inspired casual dining chain close<\/a> in the UK.<\/p>\n Phil Broad, TGI Fridays’ Global President, said: “We have been working closely to explore all available options for securing the long-term future of TGI Fridays in the UK, and believe that this is the best outcome for the business, preserves jobs, and offers a strong platform for success and growth.”<\/p>\n It is understood that the remaining 33 TGIs will continue to operate as normal.
