The company has several establishments across Wales including in <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.walesonline.co.uk\/all-about\/cardiff\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Cardiff<\/a>, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.walesonline.co.uk\/all-about\/swansea\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Swansea<\/a>, Haverfordwest, Neath, and <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.walesonline.co.uk\/all-about\/newport\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Newport<\/a>. when translated from Welsh.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Salty&#8217;s Beach Bar and Restaurant <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.walesonline.co.uk\/whats-on\/restaurants-bars\/popular-beachside-restaurant-to-close-33163444\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"confirmed it was closing down earlier this monthLink opens in a new tab.\" rel=\"follow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">confirmed it was closing down earlier this month<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/2_BR_PG_220323Barranco_-87.jpg\" alt=\"Inside a typical Loungers bar \" loading=\"lazy\"  \/><\/p>\n<p aria-label=\"Inside a typical Loungers bar \" class=\"ImageCaption_caption-title__ccyQU\" data-testid=\"caption-title\">Inside a typical Loungers bar (Image: PAUL GILLIS \/ Reach PLC)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The Loungers submission relates solely to signage with any Lounge restaurant proposal unlikely to require consent given the existing premises operated a comparable business, eliminating the necessity for a change of use submission.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Tenby Town Council is advocating approval for the signage yet the park&#8217;s buildings conservation officer Rob Scourfield is advising rejection of the proposals within the town&#8217;s conservation area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;Section 160 of the Historic Environment (<a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.walesonline.co.uk\/all-about\/wales\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"WalesLink opens in a new tab.\" rel=\"follow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Wales<\/a>) Act requires that when considering planning applications special attention must be paid to the desirability of preserving or enhancing the character or appearance of the area,&#8221;
