The trade remains legal, partly because several central and eastern European countries still depend on the fuel, and European shipping firms &#8211; particularly UK\u2011based Seapeak and Greece\u2019s Dynagas &#8211; play a major role in transporting it.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"f9fe5\">Access to EU ports allows Russia\u2019s ice\u2011class tankers to unload quickly and return to the Arctic for more cargo, sustaining high export volumes.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"2oqf1\">Business and Human Rights Centre invited Seapek and Dynagas to respond.
