According to a new report from The Information, this gadget could hit the market as early as 2027. The device is said to look like a thin, flat and round disk, which sounds like it could resemble an Apple AirTag (from $26 on Amazon). It’s even expected to be similar in size, though slightly thicker.

On the front of this supposed “Apple Pin” sits a wide-angle and an ultra-wide-angle camera for taking pictures and videos of the user’s surroundings. Additionally, Apple allegedly opted for three microphones and a speaker, which could make it possible to talk to an AI assistant. Furthermore, the gadget might only sport a single physical button. The magnetic back is intended for wireless charging, similar to an Apple Watch.

That being said, it remains unknown which exact features this gadget would offer. However, it’s plausible that the device could be related to Apple’s brand-new version of Siri, which is expected to launch later this year with iOS 27 and macOS 27. Unlike the first AI-powered version of Siri, which will be included in iOS 26.4, the iOS 27 variant of Siri is reportedly based on Google’s Gemini AI chatbot and will thus become significantly more powerful. As usual, such early rumors should be treated with caution, as Apple’s plans might still change.

While Apple’s former design chief Jony Ive is developing an AI gadget for OpenAI, Apple is reportedly working…

[3160
213245,1662,17467,23395,1315,1685,94073,86527,104799,105654,24876,53108,213246,86526,24877,1318,86528,14998,6080,6082,23871,53,32504,32438,16,15,8260
0":"post-711986","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-gadgets","8":"tag-ai-gadget","9":"tag-apple","10":"tag-benchmarks","11":"tag-chatbot","12":"tag-chatgpt","13":"tag-gadgets","14":"tag-gerucht","15":"tag-graphics-card","16":"tag-ios-27","17":"tag-kunstliche-intelligenz","18":"tag-laptop","19":"tag-leak","20":"tag-macos-27","21":"tag-netbook","22":"tag-notebook","23":"tag-openai","24":"tag-processor","25":"tag-reports","26":"tag-review","27":"tag-reviews","28":"tag-siri","29":"tag-technology","30":"tag-test","31":"tag-tests","32":"tag-uk","33":"tag-united-kingdom","34":"tag-wearable
["GET
