Nothing. It\u2019s perfect for me. I could spend another two years on it and maybe make it three per cent better.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/the-1975-have-two-albums-in-the-works-3915229\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The 1975 reportedly have two albums on the way.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The records would serve as the follow-up to their critically-acclaimed \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/reviews\/album\/the-1975-being-funny-in-a-foreign-language-review-3325710\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Being Funny In A Foreign Language<\/a>\u2018, which dropped in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The band apparently foreshadowed the name of one album at their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/did-the-1975-tease-a-new-album-at-the-end-of-their-glastonbury-2025-headline-set-3873579\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">huge Glastonbury headline set last year<\/a>, with the word \u2018DOGS\u2019 flashing very briefly at the end of their show.<\/p>\n<p>Healy went on to tell a fan that the band have made two albums, clarifying: \u201cWe made two. It might be one, it might be two\u2026 but yeah, we\u2019ve made two albums\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Manager Jamie Oborne has also teased that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/glastonbury-will-be-the-1975s-only-show-of-2025-as-band-complete-pretty-extraordinary-new-album-3864986\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The 1975\u2019s new record would be \u201cpretty extraordinary\u201d,<\/a> adding that he has a \u201cconstant discourse about it\u201d with the band.<\/p>\n<p>However, he cautioned that their next effort might not be released for a while, explaining: \u201cI think they\u2019ve earned the right to take their time.
