The local wedding industry is celebrating a massive haul of accolades following the\u00a010th Northern Ireland Wedding Awards 2026, held on Thursday, January 22. Leading specialists from Derry<\/a>, Coleraine, and the wider North West region dominated the winners’ list at the elegant ceremony hosted at The Devenish Complex in Belfast.<\/p>\n

The landmark 10th-anniversary event, organised by Oceanic Awards, gathered the province\u2019s elite wedding professionals to recognize excellence in everything from bridal couture to digital innovation.<\/p>\n

The winners were announced at an elegant ceremony which took place on Thursday, January 22 at The Devenish Complex, Belfast. The ceremony saw top specialists and establishments that have gone above and beyond in the sector gathered together to celebrate their achievements.<\/p>\n

Among the standout local winners was\u00a0Cityman Menswear (Derry), named\u00a0Groomswear Specialists of the Year, while\u00a0Digi Media (Derry) secured the\u00a0Content Creator of the Year\u00a0title for Excellence. The craftsmanship of the region was further highlighted with\u00a0Solely Sewing (Derry) taking home the\u00a0Outstanding Achievement\u00a0award for\u00a0Bridal Seamstress of the Year.<\/p>\n

Musical and planning talent also featured heavily, with\u00a0Les Magee\u00a0(Coleraine) and\u00a0Flair Music\u00a0(Derry) both picking up awards for\u00a0Ceremony Music Provider of the Year, and\u00a0Fairy Tales Wedding Specialists\u00a0(Coleraine) being named\u00a0Wedding Planner of the Year.<\/p>\n

Irfan Younis, Spokesperson for the 10th\u00a0Northern Ireland Wedding Awards 2026 said: \u201cThese Awards are now recognised as the leading celebration for showcasing those that have demonstrated excellence in the wedding industry.<\/p>\n

Bridal Seamstress of the Year –<\/strong> Outstanding Achievement went to Solely Sewing (Derry).<\/p>\n

Wedding Planner of the Year –<\/strong> Outstanding Achievement went to Fairy Tales Wedding Specialists (Coleraine).<\/p>\n

Ceremony Music Provider of the Year –<\/strong> Les Magee- Harpist\/Pianist\/Singer (Coleraine). Outstanding Achievement went to Flair Music (Derry).<\/p>\n

Wedding DJ of the Year –<\/strong> Outstanding Achievement went to My Wedding DJ NI (Maghera).<\/p>\n

Groomswear Specialists of the Year –<\/strong> Cityman Menswear (Derry).<\/p>\n

Wedding Accessories Provider of the Year –<\/strong> The Fashion House (Magherafelt). Recognised for Excellence was Isabella Lingerie (Coleraine).<\/p>\n
