Former Celebrity Big Brother<\/a> favourite Nicola McLean <\/a>has hit out at Celebrity Big Brother<\/a> winner Jack P Shepherd in a brutally honest rant while also revealing she\u2019s been blocked on Instagram by one of this year\u2019s finalists despite being a vocal supporter.<\/p>\n

Nicola, who starred in the 2012 and 2017 series of the hit reality show, didn\u2019t hold back when discussing her disappointment in this year\u2019s outcome. The glamour model and TV personality, known for her unfiltered commentary and iconic rows in the CBB house, confessed she was rooting for a different finalist before the unexpected snub.<\/p>\n

Revealing that it was Danny Beard who blocked her, she exclusively said: “I absolutely loved him! I always said he was my winner.”<\/p>\n

“I love a gay, we know this. I\u2019m so part of the LGBTQ+ community, I absolutely support it. But here\u2019s the kicker, he blocked me on Instagram<\/a>. I was shocked. I hadn\u2019t posted anything bad, only support.”<\/p>\n

She added: “I think maybe his management did it or maybe he has a filter for certain words, but I hadn\u2019t even tagged him yet!”<\/p>\n

“I was so tempted to email and ask why supporting someone would get me blocked, but then I thought – what\u2019s the point? Still, it was disappointing.”<\/p>\n

Nicola then turned her sights on Coronation Street<\/a> star Jack P Shepherd, who was crowned winner of the ITV<\/a> reboot weeks ago. “Jack didn\u2019t deserve to win. I don\u2019t know how he won,” she said.<\/p>\n

“Can you explain to me how I\u2019ve gone in twice, entertained the nation, drank copious amounts of prosecco, and he went in, drank tea, was quiet, and won? Honestly, it\u2019s gutting.”<\/p>\n

The outspoken star went on to call for a rethink of how contestants are compensated. “I think they should change how they do fees – it should reward the most entertaining,” she said.<\/p>\n

“People lie about fees all the time. Someone once said I got \u00a37,500 for I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2014I called the journalist and asked, \u2018Where the hell did you get that from?\u2019 No one does it for that little.”<\/p>\n

“But back to the point – it\u2019s wrong to go in there, sit around, and just take the money. You\u2019ve been put there to entertain!”<\/p>\n

Nicola, who famously clashed with Kim Woodburn and had memorable moments with Jedward in her time on Celebrity Big Brother<\/a>, remains one of the most talked-about housemates in the show\u2019s history – and clearly hasn\u2019t lost her fiery edge.<\/p>\n
