Nigerian gospel singer Tope Alabi has shared her joy following the birth of her grandchild, describing the moment as a dream come true and expressing pride in her daughter, Ayomikun Alabi.\n<\/p>\n
In an Instagram post on Friday, Alabi announced that her first child has given birth to a child, following the unveiling of her baby bump in a new music video with colleague, BBO\n<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m eternally grateful to God for this joyful addition to my family. Indeed Ayomiku, ayo si kun inu mi,\u201d Alabi wrote.\n<\/p>\n
She went on to praise her daughter for the woman and mother she has become, saying, \u201cMy beautiful, strong girl @the_ayomikualabi_ I am so proud of the woman and mother you have become. Welcome to the world, my darling grandchild, I have dreamt of holding you for so long and now I\u2019m showering you with kisses as I watch you grow.\u201d<\/p>\n
Alabi described her new role as a grandmother as her favourite, adding, \u201cBeing your grandma is my new favourite role. Big congratulations to the Bantales.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
The announcement follows Ayomikun\u2019s recent private wedding to Oluwole Bantale in 2025.\n<\/p>\n
While the ceremony was intended to be intimate, several photos and clips from the wedding have surfaced online, capturing the celebrations.<\/p>\n
