Brand new West End musical Disney\u2019s Hercules<\/strong><\/a> is performing on ITV show Britain\u2019s Got Talent tonight \u2013 Saturday 3 May 2025.<\/p>\n

Watch the second semi-final of Britain\u2019s Got Talent on ITV1 from 7pm, or on ITVX.<\/p>\n

Disney\u2019s Hercules<\/strong><\/a> is the huge new West End show based on the much-loved animated film, opening at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane<\/strong> in London on 6 June 2025.<\/p>\n

Following six weeks of auditions, the BGT semi-finals started last Saturday and are airing every Saturday night until 23 May.<\/p>\n

Featuring judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli, and hosted by Ant and Dec, the semi-finals are taking place in the Eventim Apollo in London.<\/p>\n

Last week saw Karis Anderson<\/a> and the cast of Tina \u2013 The Tina Turner Musical<\/a><\/strong> perform live on Britain\u2019s Got Talent \u2013 watch the TV show here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In a brand-new twist for 2025, the semi-finals feature a golden buzzer, with one judge or Ant & Dec awarding it each weekend to send a favourite act straight through to the final.<\/p>\n

Acts featuring in the second semi-final tonight are: Alexandra Burgio, Cheer Re Mans, Jannick Holste, John Pierce, Lil M\u2019s, Olly Pearson, Stacey Leadbeatter, and Will Burns.<\/p>\n

Acts that have reached the BGT finals so far include dance troupe The Blackouts and singer Vinnie McKee.<\/p>\n

Last year\u2019s Britain\u2019s Got Talent winner was West End singer Syndie Christmas<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Disney\u2019s Hercules<\/strong> is directed and choreographed by Tony-winner Casey Nicholaw<\/strong> (The Greatest Showman The New Musical<\/a>, Mean Girls<\/a>), and stars Luke Brady<\/strong><\/a> (The Prince of Egypt) as Hercules, and Mae Ann Jorolan<\/strong> (Hercules, Aladdin) as Meg.<\/p>\n

The Three Muses are Candace Furbert<\/strong> (The Book of Mormon) as Thalia, Sharlene Hector<\/strong> (Hairspray) as Clio and Brianna Ogunbawo<\/strong> (The Lion King) as Melpomene.<\/p>\n

The show also stars Malinda Parris<\/strong> (Mary Poppins) as Calliope, Robyn Rose-Li<\/strong> (The Baker\u2019s Wife) as Terpsichore, Trevor Dion Nicholas<\/strong> (Hadestown, Hamilton, Aladdin) as Phil, Stephen Carlile<\/strong> (The Lion King) as Hades, and Craig Gallivan<\/strong> (Frozen) and Lee Zarrett<\/strong> (My Fair Lady) as Bob and Charles, with Kamilla Fernandes<\/strong> (Grease) as Standby Muse.<\/p>\n

Hercules is inspired by Disney\u2019s 1997 smash-hit animated film directed by John Musker and Ron Clements (The Little Mermaid), and written by Clements, Musker, Donald McEnery, Bob Shaw and Irene Mecchi.<\/p>\n

The show boasts music by 8-time Oscar winner Alan Menken<\/strong> and lyrics by Tony Award winner David Zippel<\/strong>, and a brand-new book by Tony Award winner Robert Horn<\/strong> (Tootsie) and former artistic director of The Young Vic, Kwame Kwei-Armah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The wider creative team includes co-choreographer Tanisha Scott; set and additional video design from Dane Laffrey; costume design by Gregg Barnes and Sky Switser; lighting design by Jeff Croiter and sound design by Adam Fisher. The production team also includes video designer George Reeve, hair by Mia M. Neal, make-up by Kirk Cambridge-Del Pesche and special effects from Jeremy Chernick. The music team is headed by music supervisor and arranger Michael Kosarin, with orchestrations from Danny Troob and Joseph Joubert, and dance arrangements by David Chase. Casting is by Natalie Gallacher CDG for Pippa Ailion and Natalie Gallacher Casting.<\/p>\n

Disney\u2019s other show currently playing in London is The Lion King<\/a> at the Lyceum Theatre.<\/p>\n

Hercules is playing at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane from 6 June 2025, booking to 10 January 2026.<\/p>\n
