Birmingham City have some summer reshuffling to do after winning promotion back to the Championship<\/p>\n

Chris Davies will make tough calls on his Birmingham City<\/a> squad now that their marathon season in League One has ended.<\/p>\n

Blues signed off with a 2-1 victory at Cambridge United<\/a> on Saturday and Davies will now turn his attention to shaping his squad for the Championship.<\/p>\n

Grant Hanley<\/a> and Lee Myung-jae<\/a> are the only senior players whose contracts are due to expire.<\/p>\n

The experienced duo made two League One starts apiece after signing short-term contracts at St Andrew\u2019s @ Knighthead Park in January to provide cover.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo be honest, I\u2019ve found it hard to look into next season whilst this season is still going on,\u201d says Davies. \u201cI haven\u2019t had time to sit down and say, \u2018Right, who\u2019s staying and who\u2019s going?\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cNow it\u2019s all wrapped up and we\u2019ve got seven weeks to pre-season, \u2018Ok, what do we need?\u2019<\/p>\n

“We\u2019ve got the core of a really strong team there but we do need to add, of course we do. The details of that are still to be decided.\u201d<\/p>\n

Davies will enjoy a holiday with his family after a gruelling first season in management which has seen Blues play 60 games.<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cI\u2019m going to spend some time with my family who deserve my time and attention. I\u2019ll have a couple of holidays and within that there\u2019s still stuff going on at work. To rejuvenate again is going to be important for me and everyone else.\u201d<\/p>\n
