A teenager was taken to hospital after he was knocked off his electric scooter in a collision.<\/p>\n

West Midlands Police<\/a> and paramedics were called to the junction of Yardley<\/a> Wood Road and Woodstock Road in Moseley<\/a>, just after 3pm on Saturday (Jan 24), where they found the boy.<\/p>\n

He was taken to hospital and his injuries are not said to be life-threatening.<\/p>\n

The driver stopped at the scene which was briefly closed while enquiries took place.<\/p>\n

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has footage is asked to contact police.<\/p>\n

WMP said: “We were called to the junction of Woodstock Road and Yardley Wood Road shortly after 3pm yesterday (24 January), after a collision between an electric scooter and a car.<\/p>\n

“The rider of the scooter, a teenage boy, was taken to hospital where thankfully his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.<\/p>\n

“The driver of the car stopped at the scene to help with our enquiries.<\/p>\n
