David \u201cPuck\u201d Rainey<\/a> looks unrecognizable \u2014 more than three decades after he rose to fame on MTV’s The Real World<\/a>.<\/p>\n Rainey, 57, starred in The Real World: San Francisco<\/a>, which filmed from February to June 1994, when he was 25 years old. Considered to be one of the earliest TV villains, the reality television alum was known for his lack of personal hygiene, as well as his frequent clashes with fellow housemates.<\/p>\n In the years after The Real World: San Francisco, Rainey made other reality TV appearances \u2014 including getting married on\u00a0The Challenge \u2014 became a father, held non-reality TV work positions and faced legal woes.<\/p>\n Most recently, Rainey launched what he describes as a “new farm-to-table cooking channel” on TikTok, under the username @PuckCooks<\/a>. In his videos, Rainey makes food at home in his kitchen and shares cooking tips.
