South Korean electronics maker LG has applied to Russia\u2019s federal intellectual property service to register the \u201cExpress Fill\u201d brand in Russia, according to Moscow 24 on January 28.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Moscow 24, citing Rospatent\u00a0 data, said<\/a> the filing covers categories that include household appliances, kitchen equipment, and devices for industrial production.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

The outlet also cited earlier trademark activity by LG in Russia, including the \u201cNano Detail Enhancer\u201d mark filed in November 2025 and registered in January 2026, and a January 16, 2026 application for \u201cHyper Radiant Color Tech\u201d in a class that includes software.\u00a0<\/p>\n

LG said<\/a> on March 19, 2022 it was suspending all shipments to Russia.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Some Western firms are taking<\/a> steps to position for a possible return to Russia as US-led peace efforts over Ukraine advance, including moves involving energy and consumer brands.\u00a0<\/p>\n

ExxonMobil, as one example, is the company that held talks about regaining a stake in the Sakhalin-1 project after the Russian leader, Vladimir Putin, signed a decree that could open a path for the US company to restore its position<\/p>\n
