Hence, we\u2019re seeing several star players linked with moves away from Molineux before an expected return to the EFL.<\/p>\n<p>Strand Larsen is one of those that could be on the move. He\u2019ll be part of the squad tomorrow, so no change,\u201d\u00a0Edwards told\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/sport\/football\/articles\/c0err0390yjo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the BBC<\/a> prior to Wolves\u2019 defeat at Manchester City last time out.\u00a0\u201cThat\u2019s just all I\u2019m looking at the moment, so seeing a player with a focus and a really good attitude.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re not under any pressure to sell at all. We want to try and be as strong as we can throughout this period now. So, unless we feel it\u2019s the right thing for the football club, no-one will go. No-one\u2019s been knocking on my door. They\u2019ve all shown a really good attitude and a desire to be here and train. But as long as that continues then it\u2019s pretty straightforward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rob Edwards may be forced to backtrack on selling stance as Leeds United persist on Jorgen Strand Larsen<\/p>\n<p>The fact of the matter is, Edwards\u2019 stance is what any manager would say about their player. (REUTERS\/Chris Radburn)<\/p>\n<p>A report from <a href=\"https:\/\/inews.co.uk\/sport\/football\/leeds-united-crystal-palace-strand-larsen-4196588\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">i News<\/a> backs up this idea:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe i Paper\u00a0understands that Leeds remain at the table to sign the 25-year-old despite that bid falling short, with the player very keen to seal a switch to West Yorkshire. Strand Larsen\u2019s former Premier League playing agent, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsallover.com\/leeds-uniteds-jorgen-strand-larsen-enquiry-agent-tore-pedersen-is-whites-fan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tore Pedersen is, in fact, a season ticket-holder at Elland Road,<\/a>\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWolves are looking for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsallover.com\/wolves-slap-40m-price-tag-on-leeds-target-jorgen-strand-larsen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">closer to \u00a340m<\/a> for the Norwegian, but they do need to sell now as their bargaining position will not be as strong in the summer, when they are almost certainly going to be a Championship club again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Leeds United need to give Wolves an offer they won\u2019t refuse on Jorgen Strand Larsen<\/p>\n<p>The only way we\u2019re going to get a deal agreed is by paying up what Wolves want for the striker.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, Edwards says that Wolves aren\u2019t under pressure to sell. We all know that finances post-relegation suggest they absolutely do need to cash in, and we\u2019re surely not far from reaching an agreeable sum.<\/p>\n<p>Time is wearing thin on this matter, though.
