Police want to speak to a man after a dog was stabbed during an altercation between two men in a Sheffield<\/a> suburb.<\/p>\n

South Yorkshire Police<\/a> confirmed that an altercation had occurred between two men in Spital Hall in the city centre on December 19, 2024. One of the men owned a dog. It is alleged that one of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed the dog<\/a> in its neck.<\/p>\n

A dog handler attended and seized the dog. The police took the dog to the vets and it remains in police kennels where it is recovering well.<\/p>\n

The man who police would like to speak to is described as black, of average build and is around 5ft 11ins tall. He has black Afro hair with shaved sides.<\/p>\n
