Jorgen Strand Larsen\u2019s future is still not decided amid retained interest from Leeds United.<\/strong><\/p>\n Leeds have not been quiet about their interest in signing Strand Larsen<\/a> this winter, as Daniel Farke eyes the perfect partner for Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the system that has brought the Whites plenty of success.<\/p>\n Though the same can be said for several Premier League clubs, including the likes of Crystal Palace and Everton, who have both been mooted with an interest in the Norwegian.<\/p>\n News broke on Thursday stating that Palace had agreed a deal for Strand Larsen<\/a>, only for it to be reported hours later that a move was falling apart as a result of the bid never actually happening.<\/p>\n That may have opened the door for the 49ers to make one final push for the striker, and perhaps at a discounted rate.<\/p>\n Strand Larsen has all of the attributes needed to thrive alongside Calvert-Lewin<\/a>, and perhaps even step in for him should the Englishman need a rest or worse, suffer injury.<\/p>\n However, it became clear that Leeds<\/a> would not go beyond \u00a340million for Strand Larsen<\/a>, and when it was reported that Palace had agreed a \u00a350m deal, it seemed like it was going to be another what-if type of saga.<\/p>\n But if that deal has fallen through, as the latest reports suggest, Leeds may actually be able to sign him for even cheaper.<\/p>\n It\u2019s clear that Strand Larsen wants to move away from Wolves, and Graham Smyth has reiterated the point that Leeds remain keen on a deal if an opportunity presents itself that \u201cmakes sense\u201d for them.<\/p>\n Leeds United’s position on Jorgen Strand Larsen remains the same.
