South Leeds\u2019 new 24-acre mixed-use district, Aire Park on the former Tetley\u2019s brewery site, is set to welcome global consulting and advisory firm Jacobs to 3 South Brook Street in early 2026.<\/p>\n
Tipped to become the premier business address in Leeds, Aire Park\u2019s new commercial district, South Brook Street, is being designed with ESG at its heart with the buildings targeting BREEAM \u2018Excellent\u2019 certifications, an EPC A rating and Platinum WELL accreditations.<\/p>\n
However, Vastint UK\u2019s vision for the site goes beyond bricks and mortar, focusing on not just creating best in class spaces for occupiers but developing\u00a0opportunities for them to become part of a blossoming mixed-use community, centred around the UK\u2019s largest new city centre green park.<\/p>\n
With a more than 150-year heritage in the UK, Jacobs employs more than 5,000 people nationwide, providing end-to-end services in advanced manufacturing, cities and places, energy, environmental, life sciences, transportation and water.<\/p>\n
The business\u2019 new Aire Park office will become one of Jacobs\u2019 15 core offices, supported by over 35 additional sites across the UK. The move will relocate its Leeds team from Jacobs\u2019 current Holbeck site to the brand new development overlooking the evolving 8-acre public park.<\/p>\n
Working with HM Government, local authorities and the private sector, Jacobs helps shape and deliver the nation\u2019s most critical infrastructure, energy, environmental and community programs \u2014 creating social value by improving resilience, driving economic growth and enhancing quality of life. Jacobs will join a roster of national and international businesses housed at South Brook Street including legal firm Devonshires, pensions provider TPT and investment platform, interactive investor.<\/p>\n

The Aire Park development as a whole will span 24 acres of the city\u2019s South Bank, delivering an expansive eight-acre public park, over 1 million sq ft of commercial space and over 1,350 high-quality homes with easy access to Leeds city centre and convenient routes to the train station in only seven minutes.<\/p>\n
