The Chromakopia cover art emerged ahead of competition by Bad Bunny\u2019s Deb\u00ed Tirar M\u00e1s Fotos, Perfume Genius\u2019 Glory, Wet Leg\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/reviews\/albums\/wet-leg-moisturizer\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Moisturizer<\/a>, and Djo\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/reviews\/albums\/djo-the-crux\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Crux<\/a>. Chromakopia\u2019s art directors were Shaun Llewellyn and Luis \u201cPanch\u201d Perez.<\/p>\n<p>The creation of the Best Album Cover award followed a shakeup in the packaging field this year. The award for the Best Boxed or Special Limited Edition Package\u2014in which Jeff Mangum was a <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/grammys-2024-neutral-milk-hotel-jeff-mangum-lands-first-ever-nomination\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">surprise 2024 nominee<\/a>\u2014has now been merged into the old Best Recording Package category.
