\u201cThat would feel so cramped, or a dining table in the kitchen. It\u2019s so interesting to see how a super narrow house is laid out and you could do something super creative and fun.\u201d<\/p>\n
David however was impressed with the \u00a340,000 guide price. The property, which estate agent McHugh & Co says \u201crequires modernisation\u201d, is set to go under the hammer on February 10. The agent says the property is also close to local amenities such as Atherton Train Station and The Common.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile David was impressed by the relatively low cost kitchen, containing simply a cooker and sink, and the fact that the property came with an outdoor space. He added: \u201cIt comes with a narrow garden and, say what you want about a narrow garden, a narrow garden is better than no garden.\u201d<\/p>\n
Once upstairs he toured the property\u2019s bedrooms, admitting that the owner might be resigned to having a single bed, and bathroom. David was however \u201cpleasantly surprised\u201d by the size of the bedrooms. It was there he discovered that the house felt wider than he first thought.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cThe rooms are actually decent sized. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought I could touch both sides but when I did this in a clip, it made me look tiny, which made me realise maybe I am tiny and a tiny house is suited for me.\u201d<\/p>\n
David concluded that he found the house \u201cace\u201d and believes it would be ideal for a single person living alone. According to the estate agent, the property is however a leasehold home, with an annual peppercorn ground rent of \u00a31.50 a year.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere David found a property he believed to be \u201ceven narrower\u201d in Chatham, Kent. The property was listed online for \u00a380,000 and was once again set to go to auction. The content creator believed it \u201clooked roomy\u201d inside but feared it would be \u201ccramped\u201d once furnished.<\/p>\n
He also visited a home in Burnley that he described as a \u201cclassic terrace house,\u201d a two-up, two-down. He felt the \u00a320,000 home in Queensberry home felt \u201ccute\u201d when looking at the listing, admitting he \u201creally likes\u201d a traditional terraced property, although says they would be \u201cawful\u201d for people with larger families and pets. David added: \u201cI\u2019ve never seen a house that\u2019s on for this cheap that\u2019s in such a good state.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added: \u201cThis house from the outside seems so, so small. You come in and all of the rooms seem so spacious. A nice sized bathroom, only a tiny bit of black mould. This house would be really nice for a couple.
