{"id":739107,"date":"2026-02-03T08:13:22","date_gmt":"2026-02-03T08:13:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/739107\/"},"modified":"2026-02-03T08:13:22","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T08:13:22","slug":"ncs-technologies-expands-headquarters-in-prince-william-county","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/739107\/","title":{"rendered":"NCS Technologies Expands Headquarters in Prince William County"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Provided by Prince William Department of Economic Development<\/p>\n<p>The Prince William Board of County Supervisors has announced that NCS Technologies will be expanding into a 109,000 square foot headquarters building at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pwcecondev.org\/innovation-park-brochure\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Innovation Park<\/a>.\u00a0 The building will be used for headquarters office, assembly, and warehousing. This building will be constructed on 8.415 acres of land purchased from the County, located at 9665 Discovery Boulevard, Manassas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NCS Technologies currently employs 120 people in Prince William County. The new building will provide NCS Technologies expansion space for 30 to 60 more employees.\u00a0\u00a0 This represents an investment of $15 million by NCS Technologies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe are delighted to help facilitate expansion of NCS Technologies in Prince William County,\u201d said Corey A. Stewart, Chairman, Prince William Board of County Supervisors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNCS Technologies is a growing computer manufacturer and system integrator,\u201d said Mark Christopher, Executive Vice President and CFO, NCS Technologies, Inc. \u201cThe new facility will provide us an excellent, centrally located site for our headquarters and integration and manufacturing operations from which we will ship our products around the world. Consolidating our operations under one roof will significantly enhance our efficiency and productivity. We look forward to beginning the next exciting chapter in our future home at Innovation Park in 2021.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeanine Lawson is Brentsville District Supervisor, Prince William Board of County Supervisors.
