Last month, we asked you where you can get the city’s best fried chicken<\/a>.<\/p>\n And, after 200 entries were submitted, the results are now in and we can reveal the top four spots<\/a>.<\/p>\n Gurt Wings at Wapping Wharf is among those shortlisted, as is the brand new Popeyes at Avonmeads Retail Park.<\/p>\n Also making it to the top four are Ji Chicken Shop on Queens Road and Dixy Chicken along Stokes Croft<\/a>.<\/p>\n So, bearing that in mind, and as we continue to look for the best of the best in our city, we want to hear from you: which of these places serves Bristol’s best fried chicken?<\/p>\n We are looking for the venue serving the crispiest, tastiest chicken – with fries and sides that match the quality.<\/p>\n Cast your vote here –<\/strong><\/p>\n If the survey is not loading, please visit here<\/a>.<\/p>\n In November, we revealed that a pub in Bristol city centre serves the city’s best Sunday roast<\/a>, according to our readers.<\/p>\n After more than 700 votes were cast, The Famous Royal Navy Volunteer on King Street was the clear winner after receiving 310 votes.<\/p>\n We have also found out where the city’s best greasy spoon is<\/a>.<\/p>\n After nearly a thousand votes were cast, Abbots Kitchen on Dundry Road, in Whitchurch<\/a>, South Bristol<\/a>, became the winner after receiving 432 votes.<\/p>\n We also asked our readers to recommend the best fish and chip shop in Bristol and, after just over a thousand votes were cast<\/a>, Marios Fish Bar on Pool Road, Kingswood<\/a>, was the clear winner after receiving 586 votes.<\/p>\n Furthermore, we have found a takeaway in South Bristol serves the best Chinese food<\/a> in the city, according to our readers.<\/p>\n Earlier this year, we found a pub in East Bristol serves the city’s best pizza. After more than 300 votes were cast, the Red Lion pub on Whitehall Road<\/a> was crowned winner.<\/p>\n
