ROMEO Beckham delivered a touching speech at his dad David’s 50th birthday party – after older brother Brooklyn’s devastating snub. <\/p>\n

The Beckham clan celebrated the former England<\/a> star’s milestone birthday with a glamorous bash<\/a> at Core Restaurant in London’s Kensington area on Saturday night. <\/p>\n

Romeo has been by his dad’s side all week as he celebrated in France and EnglandCredit: BackGrid<\/p>\n

A-list guests included Tom Cruise<\/a>, Guy Ritchie<\/a> and Gordon Ramsay<\/a> as well as David’s football pals including best friend Gary Neville<\/a>. <\/p>\n

While the family pulled out all the stops for the occasion, the absence of David and Victoria’s<\/a> eldest son threatened to cast a shadow over the whole thing. <\/p>\n

Brooklyn, 26<\/a>, and his wife Nicola Peltz<\/a> failed to attend the swanky bash, with The Sun revealing it had left David ‘heartbroken’. <\/p>\n

In fact, The Sun also revealed that the influencer did not even call his dad\u00a0amid a growing family feud.<\/a><\/p>\n

It means that when it came time to pay tribute to their father, it fell to middle son Romeo, 22<\/a>, to do the honours in his elder brother’s place. <\/p>\n

The Mirror<\/a> reports Romeo started his speech – which involved a number of cue cards by saying: “Good evening everyone. I would like to start by thanking you all for being here tonight. <\/p>\n

“I know without many of you in here tonight he wouldn’t be half of the man he is today. But to the man of the moment…”<\/p>\n

He then proceeded to talk at length about his father, who had a glittering career at football clubs including Manchester United and Real Madrid, as well as 58 caps and 115 appearances for England.<\/p>\n

While the party was in full swing, Brooklyn’s wife Nicola, 30, shared an emotional post<\/a> on her Instagram, paying tribute to her late grandmothers.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn liked his wife’s post, but has yet to post any kind of tribute to his father to mark his 50th birthday. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile party guests were seen leaving the bash looking bleary eyed<\/a> in the early hours of Sunday morning. <\/p>\n

And late Sunday afternoon – no doubt after some much needed rest and relaxation following the festivities – Victoria, 51, shared a series of glamorous snaps<\/a> from the birthday celebrations earlier in the week.<\/p>\n

They included pictures from a family gathering with everyone suited and booted, as well as David enjoying a meal and glass of wine with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower in Paris behind him. <\/p>\n

She captioned it: “Creating special memories with family and friends. We love you all [love heart emoji] @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven xx.”<\/p>\n
