Celtic left it in their Scottish Cup win over Dundee.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In fact, they couldn\u2019t have possibly left it later. Junior Adamu\u2019s<\/a> equaliser was the last kick of normal time, and had it not been for his improvisational debut goal, Celtic<\/a> would be out of the cup.<\/p>\n

Dundee were clinging on for dear life after taking the lead, with the Hoops having laboured with a poor performance for much of the 90 minutes.<\/p>\n

The goal was scored in the 97th minute, despite only five initially being added on by the referee. This has led to some typically hysterical reactions online.<\/p>\n

But Dundee boss Steven Pressley<\/a> isn\u2019t being swayed by that.<\/p>\n

As everybody who watched the game knows, the referee didn\u2019t simply forget to blow the full-time whistle.<\/p>\n

The addition was simply due to Kieran Tierney<\/a> being monitored after suffering a late concussion, which led to the introduction of Marcelo Saracchi.<\/a><\/p>\n

Pressley recognised this after the game, saying: \u201cI have no complaints. None at all.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe keep playing until the referee blows his whistle. Of course, we\u2019re disappointed.<\/p>\n

\u201cOf course, the official put up five minutes and it leads to 96-and-a-half. But we have to endure that. We have to stay focused.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m just disappointed because I think our players deserved the win.\u201d<\/p>\n

On his side\u2019s commendable performance, he said: \u201cIt\u2019s gut-wrenching. I\u2019m exceptionally proud of the team. To a man, they were exceptional.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey left nothing out there. But not only did they show incredible effort, I thought they showed a lot of bravery.<\/p>\n

\u201cBravery to take the ball under pressure and play and build. So there were so many good things and the truth is, I thought we were there.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou always have to give clubs like Celtic a great deal of respect. They never give up. I just thought we were there. I\u2019m so disappointed.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we\u00a0beat Celtic\u00a0earlier in the season, we were playing a slightly different way, a more pragmatic way, a more defensive way.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut we\u2019ve tried to evolve as a team, become a little bit more progressive, a little bit more controlled, have more of the ball.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy challenge to the players was, \u2018can you come to a place like Celtic Park and play with that bravery and that control? And can we force our game onto them?\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I think the overriding answer was yes.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo I think that\u2019s why they should be proud of themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n
