According to a source who spoke with Heat World,<\/a> the Duchess of Sussex has made it a personal mission to extend olive branches\u2014one thoughtful gift at a time.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe continues to acknowledge people\u2019s birthdays \u2013 she\u2019s still sending gifts \u2013 and she\u2019s stayed in contact with Eugenie to maintain that bridge as best she can,\u201d the insider revealed, highlighting Meghan\u2019s ongoing efforts to stay connected with select royal relatives.<\/p>\n

Among those still in touch with the Sussexes are Princess Eugenie<\/a> and her husband Jack Brooksbank, as well as Zara and Mike Tindall<\/a>. While these relationships may not be widely publicized, the insider says they remain intact. \u201cZara and Mike don\u2019t shout about their relationship with the Sussexes from the rooftops, because it is still frowned upon by a lot of people in the royal family, but it\u2019s known that they, along with Eugenie and Jack, have a lot of time for Harry and Meghan<\/a>,\u201d the source said.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Duchess\u2019s efforts aren\u2019t just social; they\u2019re strategic. \u201cThis is her way of trying to alleviate the hostility levels, basically,\u201d the source explained. Meghan has reportedly sent small, curated gifts\u2014mostly to a select group that includes King Charles<\/a>, Queen Camilla<\/a>, some members of the York family, and a few others she\u2019s still fond of.<\/p>\n

This gesture, the source added, was a joint decision made after \u201cshe and Harry had a talk.\u201d Prince Harry<\/a> \u201cthought it was a lovely gesture,\u201d and it appears to have received some acknowledgment in return. \u201cThey\u2019re both hopeful that it will go some way to at least thaw the icy relationship with the King, and he did have someone in his office write back to say thank you, which Meghan found gratifying.\u201d<\/p>\n

Beyond rebuilding relationships, Meghan is also using these moments to highlight her lifestyle brand<\/a>. \u201cShe\u2019s so proud of her products and has every confidence that everyone who gets to taste them will agree that she\u2019s creating magic,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n
