(WKYT) &#8211; The London City Council is launching it\u2019s own investigation into how police officers used a federal crime database.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wkyt.com\/2026\/02\/04\/fbi-investigating-london-police-department-sheriffs-office-confirms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wkyt.com\/2026\/02\/04\/fbi-investigating-london-police-department-sheriffs-office-confirms\/\">The FBI is currently investigating how the London Police Department, uses the National Crime Information Center. <\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The city council unanimously adopted a resolution on Wednesday seeking a log of all searches the police department made going back to October 2024.
