Dave Cherry comes on to the bench as the replacement hooker.<\/p>\n<p>There are also changes at both lock and in the back row, with Grant Gilchrist and Matt Fagerson replaced by Gregor Brown and Jamie Ritchie respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Horne, Adam Hastings and Graham are the back cover in a 5-3 bench split.
